Tones of Beauty hosts UK beauty buyers at Coya Mayfair

Over 30 buyers and industry partners from QVC, Amazon, Tesco, Sainsbury's, Space NK, Debenhams and The Perfume Shop joined the Tones of Beauty team at Coya to meet each other and help plan the 2027 show. Tones of Beauty hosted a buyers' lunch at Coya in Mayfair on Thursday 15 October 2026, bringing together retail buyers and industry partners from across UK beauty.

The team planned the lunch so buyers could meet away from the show floor. Guests made new contacts and told the team what they want from Tones of Beauty next year.

Guests came from supermarkets, department stores, online marketplaces, specialist shops and charity retail. The retailers were QVC, Amazon, Tesco, Sainsbury's, Space NK, Debenhams, The Perfume Shop, BrandAlley, Miniso, Justmylook, Bodycare, Uniphar and Oxfam.

CEW, The Fragrance Foundation and COPRA joined them, along with Affinity Fragrances, Branded Beauty and The CT Agency. The seating plan mixed retailers at each table, so a Tesco buyer sat beside buyers from Debenhams and Space NK. Over lunch, guests talked about category trends and the brands they want to find.

Shaping Tones of Beauty 2027

Buyers told the Tones of Beauty team what they want from exhibitors and from the buyer experience at next year's show.

"We built the show for these buyers, so we asked them what they need from it," said Ashleigh McNally, Sales Manager at Tones of Beauty. "Buyers from Tesco to Space NK spent the afternoon telling us which brands they want to meet and how we can make their day at the show easier. We'll use that feedback to choose exhibitors and plan the buyer programme for 2027."
