Can you let us know more about what Tones of Beauty means to you?
Growing up working within the beauty industry I’ve seen a lot of changes over the years. In the 90s I was used to being one of or the only person of colour on the team. I remember launching Iman Cosmetics in Selfridges and it felt like everything changed.  We had inclusivity, we had visibility on the counter there was a consultant that everyone could relate to whether you were Black, White, Asian or Mixed but that was 1998 and to be honest, things didn’t change that much, until recently.  

Tones of Beauty is so important for this very reason.  In the past I attend professional shows and the first question that’s at the forefront of my mind is 'Will I find anything here to suit my skin/hair type...or for my clients'. 

This event brings together a vibrant mix of industry leaders, innovators, and beauty enthusiasts, offering a unique opportunity to connect with key decision-makers shaping the industry’s future for everybody. Regardless of your ethnic background, skin tone, hair type, age or gender. Because that’s just how it should be.
